At Organic Jaguar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all organic cotton tags and labels are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid sustainable shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange is processed.
